Vectorize.tools is a product name of, and is operated by, Elowin Labs LLC. References to “Vectorize.tools”, “we” or “us” mean Elowin Labs LLC doing business as Vectorize.tools. By using this site you agree to these terms; the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are part of them.
The service
Vectorize.tools converts images into vector (SVG) files with a tracing engine that runs in your browser. It is free, needs no account, and processes your images on your own device. Results are produced automatically and can contain mistakes; check them before you cut, engrave, print or publish them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vectorize.tools, or older if the law where you live requires it.
Your images
Your images and the files you make from them stay yours. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive them and claim no rights in them. Tracing does not change who owns a design: you are responsible for having the rights to the images you convert and for how you use the results.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vectorize.tools to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights (including copying logos or artwork you do not have permission to use), or to create content that sexualizes minors. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or copy it in a way that misleads people into thinking your service is ours.
Email updates
Signing up for updates is optional. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we use your address only to send those updates, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Tips
You may support Vectorize.tools with a tip through Ko-fi. Tips are voluntary, buy nothing, and are non-refundable except at our discretion.
Our content and open-source components
The site's design, text and code are ours. The tracing engine includes open-source components whose own licences apply to them: see the third-party licences, and for the single-colour tracer the notice and source offer and the GNU GPL version 2 under which it is distributed.

VECTORIZE.TOOLS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ELOWIN LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VECTORIZE.TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO US$50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Changes and availability
We may change or discontinue Vectorize.tools, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
